How to Buy

On the Homepage and in the menus you will find links to products and categories. You will also find explanations on how to order, how to pay, how your goods will be delivered, and how to handle any issues.

During the order completion, you will be asked for some personal data necessary for product delivery and you will be asked to register at the Palace shop by entering your email and choosing a password for your future logins. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with current legislation and strictly within the limits of the privacy policy that you will read and accept at registration. The Palace shop cannot fulfill any order for customers who do not accept the processing of personal data. No credit card data will be collected or stored by the Palace shop. Previous Orders and Current Order

If you have made a purchase at the Palace shop, you can verify all your order information by following the "Your orders" link after logging in with your email and the password you chose during registration. You will be reminded of the order date, products ordered, total amount, shipping address and fulfillment status.

You can check the contents of your current order by following the "cart" link. You can contact our customer service at any time to verify any additional information.
