Shipping and Delivery

To ensure fast delivery, the Palace shop relies on the best express couriers selected according to the destination region and product type.

The shipping cost will appear in the cart, will be added to the order total during the purchase process, and will be charged at the time of payment. Nothing will be due to the courier upon delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Order Review

To review and verify order information, please log in to your account and click on "My orders". Then click on the order number to view details.

Order Tracking

You can view the "Status" of an order from the "My orders" page. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. By entering this number on the courier's homepage, you can track the shipment status.

Delivery Times

  • Shipments within Italy are delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the time of shipment (excluding holidays).
  • Shipments to the rest of the European Union require approximately 2-3 business days.
  • Shipments to the rest of the world require approximately 4-5 business days (excluding any customs clearance delays).

International Taxes and Customs Duties

Within the European Union:

There are no additional costs or duties on products sold in countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything upon delivery.

Outside the European Union:

Shipments to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. Such charges are solely the responsibility of the recipient, who must pay the amount due to the carrier or relevant authorities.

Note: Shipping to the United States

Products shipped to the United States are subject to customs taxes and import duties. Additionally, US customs require the recipient to provide a Social Security Number or Non US Citizen Import Number - CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number.

Failed Customs Clearance:

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the package is cleared through customs by providing all necessary information and/or paying the relevant taxes. If the package is not cleared, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Countries and Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight of products in the cart. The final shipping cost will be displayed during the purchase process.
